Danica Benbow Denny is a partner at the firm practicing in Admiralty and Maritime, Insurance Coverage, and Mass Tort and Class Action sections. She has considerable experience in handling cases involving Jones Act and marine personal injury defense, marine insurance and contractual risk allocation, Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation claims, cargo claims, ship collisions, ship allisions, and other legal issues arising from the maritime industry. Along with her local and regional work, Ms.Denny provides effective representation to Underwriters, brokers and claims adjusters in the London Market. She has traveled to London to conduct presentations for these clients on various issues, including preparation and understanding of the purpose and use of depositions in American litigation, claims management,and waiver and estoppel issues in insurance coverage litigation.

Ms. Denny graduated from Loyola University New Orleans School of Law, where she was a William L. Crowe Scholar and a member of Loyola Law Review. She is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Louisiana, the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal and is also admitted pro hac vice in various jurisdictions throughout the country.
