Leah Therio is a partner in the Medical Malpractice & Healthcare Section.  She joins Frilot with 18 years of experience handling medical malpractice and healthcare claims.  Her diverse client base includes hospitals, long-term care facilities, physicians, nurse practitioners, dentists and mental health professionals.

Originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico, Leah moved to New Orleans for her education and embraced the city fully after marrying a New Orleans native.  Leah is a graduate of Tulane University (B.A. 2004) and Loyola University College of Law (J.D. 2007).  She is an active member of the Louisiana Bar Association, New Orleans Association, the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel, and the Defense Research Institute.
