Frilot partner A.J. Krouse will present eDiscovery: What Every Arbitrator Needs to Know at the 2016 AAA/ICDR Arbitrator Conference being held in New Orleans on February 19 & 20, 2016. Since 99% of all information is now electronic, eEvidence is part of virtually every arbitration. All arbitrators are now confronted with eDiscovery issues. This presentation will provide basic eDiscovery and eEvidence topics to improve arbitrators' knowlege of this important topic.
A.J. Krouse is a founding member of Frilot LLC, since 1995. He concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, including health care, pharmaceuticals, construction, contract, employment, toxic tort, class actions/mass torts, product liability, environmental and energy issues and maritime law.
