FRILOT PARTNERS, A.J. KROUSE AND SUZANNE RISEY, WIN MT. HAWLEY INSURANCE COMPANY APPEAL

Frilot partners, A.J. Krouse and Suzanne Risey were responsible for this victory in the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal. The court reversed and remanded the district court's judgment on the interpretation of an insurance contract under Louisiana law. Frilot LLC represented Mt. Hawley Insurance Company.
