FRILOT WELCOMES TWO NEW PARTNERS TO THE FIRM

Frilot welcomes partners David Daly and Elliot Lonker to the firm. 

David S. Daly focuses his practice on the defense of professional liability claims and insurance coverage litigation. Mr. Daly has represented attorneys, insurance agents, and other professionals for over 20 years, and is often called upon for pre-suit advice and counsel by professionals who face potential ethical and liability issues. Mr. Daly graduated in 1991 from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University. Mr. Daly attended Southern Methodist University before attending law school. 

Elliot Lonker focuses in the area of Professional Liability. Mr. Lonker also practices in General Casualty Litigation, Insurance Coverage & Defense and Labor & Employment. Mr. Lonker represents attorneys before the Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board, and is called upon for advice and counsel by attorneys who find themselves in pre-suit ethical and potential liability dilemmas. Mr. Lonker is a graduate of the University of Delaware and California Western School of Law in San Diego. Mr. Lonker is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, the State Bar of California, the Jefferson Parish Bar Association.
