KELSEY EAGAN CHOSEN AS JUNIOR MEMBER OF THE LOUISIANA STATE LAW INSTITUTE
Frilot associate, Kelsey Eagan, has been appointed as Junior Member of the Louisiana State Law Institute as an honor graduate from the Loyola University School of Law. The Louisiana Law Institute was chartered, created and organized by the Legislature in the 1930’s as 'an official, advisory law revision commission, law reform agency and legal research agency of the State of Louisiana.' The Institute is designed as an adjunct to the Legislature to serve in an advisory capacity. The category of “Junior Member” was created in order to acquaint top graduates with the Law Institute so that after the member is established in law practice the Institute might, as the occasion requires, ask them to serve on committees or in some other way to the benefit of the Institute.
