“e-Discovery: Best Practices, Protocol and Technology”: A Breakout Session at the Annual Meeting of the College of Commercial Arbitrators (CCA)

Frilot attorney AJ Krouse was a presenter at the 19th Annual Meeting of the College of Commercial Arbitrators (CCA) in San Francisco, California on October 3, 2019. Mr. Krouse served as a moderator on the topic of e-Discovery: Best Practices, Protocol and Technology. Mr. Krouse has served as a fellow in the College of Commercial Arbitrators since 2009 and is currently on the Board of Directors.

Since most commercial cases will involve discovery of electronically stored information, e-discovery needs to be handled properly to avoid enormous costs for the parties. The session aimed to familiarize Fellows with e-discovery terminology, protocols and best practices to help them effectively manage the process.
