Attorney Parker Neill Joins the Firm's Mass Tort & Class Actions Group

(March 1, 2024) Frilot LLC is happy to welcome Parker Neill to the firm’s Mass Tort and Class Actions Group. A native of New Orleans, Parker graduated with honors from Tulane University Law School. He developed his skills in environmental law through hands-on experience at the Tulane Environmental Law Clinic and an important internship at the U.S. Department of Energy in Washington, DC.

Parker has experience handling cases involving mass tort, asbestos, environmental, and breach of contract disputes. His day-to-day responsibilities include drafting precise pleadings and briefs, attending status conferences, and developing arguments that have led to successful outcomes in hearings. His litigation skills are comprehensive, encompassing the taking of expert depositions and the preparation for cross-examinations, ensuring a well-rounded approach to trial readiness.
