Peter Sperling to Speak at NOBA’s Big Easy Bootcamp for New Attorneys

Peter Sperling will present “Practicing in State and Federal Court” at the New Orleans Bar Association’s  New Orleans Bar Association’s (NOBA) Big Easy Bootcamp on October 19, 2023. The presentation will explore thesimilarities and differences between litigating in State and Federal Court. Learn how, when, and what you need to file in each court. This includes the necessary documents, the best methods for filing, and when you can expect to be heard.
