Frilot Hosts AAA Panel Roundtable on Reasoned Awards

The American Arbitration Association (AAA) held their Panel Roundtable at Frilot LLC on Wednesday, December 6, 2023. The panel’s topic “The Reasoned Award in the United States: Its Promise, Problems, Preparation and Preservation” was presented by AAA Panelist and author John Burritt McArthur. He gave an overview of the tension between standard and reasoned awards and the success rates of the various challenges to awards. The presentation then encouraged an open discussion on all aspects of today’s award landscape.
